As most of you know, our wonderful church secretary Alice Edgar has moved on to new challenges at the Austin UMC district office.  We are currently seeking a new secretary.  Requirements include wonderful people skills, book-keeping and financial experience, and extensive computer skills for e-mail and desktop publishing.  If you know of anyone who would be interested, please contact Pastor Carlos (carlos@parkerlane.org) or Sherry Smith (chair of the staff-parish relations committee).

In the meantime, please be patient with us until we are back in full swing… office hours may be limited, there won't be a newsletter, and other house-keeping type things may be a bit delayed as well.
