Attention 5th Graders! Youth Group is open to anyone grades 6-12, but with the end of the school year fast approaching, anyone completing the 5th grade will now also be eligible to attend youth meetings and events! Spread the word far and wide, and if interested contact Pastor John for details.
Father’s Day Paintball: Mayhoods. Saturday June 27th from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
< 10 people: $25.00 per person, includes rental of all gear, one tank of air and 200 paintballs.
>10 people: $20.00 per person includes rental of all gear, one tank of air and 200 paintballs. $5.00 dollars for all day air and $59.99 for 2000 extra paintballs. Chad White has a sign up sheet for anyone who would be interested. Must be at least 10 years old to play, and sign a waiver. Anyone under 18 must have a parent sign the waver for them. And a general reminder, paintballs do sting a little. Besides when are you going to get the chance to cover your father in paint and not get in trouble for it? April was a very successful month for us financially. Congratulations to all. Our income for the month was $7,139.75 and the expenses were $6,030.95. The children's fund has raised $72.24 so far through April
Prayer Shawl Group – Sunday at 5:00 PM at the church
Sunday School –11 AM each Sunday morning.
The Food Pantry is always in need of items – Meals and food that can be easily prepared and have a long shelf-life such as cans of beef stew, spaghetti sauce, corn, peas, carrots, peaches, soup, etc.. Also, staples such cereal, coffee and paper products are needed.
Call Dawn Race at 843-6338 to place Memorial Flowers on the altar.
