To the right you will find the guidelines for completing the written work requirement of your upcoming interview with the Board of Ordained Ministry of the Illinois Great Rivers Conference. Please follow the instructions CAREFULLY and COMPLETELY because a positive recommendation to the clergy session for Associate Membership will depend on it.

Each required document is available for download as a pdf file unless it is a form to be completed, then it is a Microsoft Word file which you can then input the information needed. Just click on the link below and it will come up automatically. Once completed, save the file under a new file name and process as the instructions indicate. If you don't have Acrobat Reader you will need to download it and install it on your computer.
