THINKING ABOUT A MISSION PROJECT FOR VBS

Operation Classroom invites VBS directors to consider their new program of PENNIES FOR PEACE as your VBS mission program. Pennies for Peace will fund a program in Liberia to help children with the trauma they experienced during the war. Groups of children are gathered for a day of play therapy, singing, Bible lessons, and food, under the leadership of Rev. Anthony and Jennifer Dioh

Children from your VBS can bring their pennies or change.  You might want to have a contest between boys and girls. You may also decide to have a hands-on project of collecting school supplies. A short CD will be available on the importance of PENNIES FOR PEACE.
