Weight Control Classes
WEIGHT CONTROL classes will be held
at Oak Chapel on Saturday mornings from 9:30A.M. for approximately 45 minutes.
I will conduct the weigh in (all weight numbers are confidential with me)
and then Motivation and information "lecture" by me, along with
at least one hand out each week.
The cost for this first 8 wk. session will be $15.00 per person. Please pay at
your first meeting if possible.
I'll be working to lose with you. There will be NO EXERCISE done
during my class.
My effort will be to encourage each to be successful for yourself. I bring with
me 18 years of lecturing experience that's collected a lot of cob webs in my
brain, but I believe I can make it worth your time and effort and I've come to
think I shouldn't just throw it away.
