This is the staff of North Mason United Methodist Church:

The Senior Pastor: The Rev Dr Jeanne Harvey Duncan

Pastor Jeanne was Ordained in 1992 transferring into the Pacific Northwest Conference from the Baltimore-Washington Conference and has served at Vancouver First UMC, Seattle Blaine Memorial UMC, Seattle Seaview UMC, Tacoma Fern Hill UMC, Tacoma Sixth Avenue UMC and now at North Mason UMC.  She earned her doctorate from Wesley Theological Seminary in 1997.  She claims to have been "born a Methodist."   She enjoys her Celtic harp, gardening, kayaking, her rather remote grandchildren and movies.

Deacon in Full Connection: Rev R. Scott Duncan

Pastor Scott was consecrated as a Diaconal Minister in 1995 and ordained in 1998.  He has served as Director of the Vancouver Native American Outreach, Seattle Seaview UMC, University Place United Church, and now at North Mason UMC.   Scott retired from the US Coast Guard and spent many years in Boy Scouting.  He greatly enjoys the outdoors and North Mason's kayaking programs.

Administrative Assistant: Dona Chidester

She has been part of what makes NMUMC great since 2001.  She ties us all together; her duties include compiling the worship bulletins, monthly newsletter, telephone calls and any other duties needed for the operation of the church during the week.  Dona enjoys meeting people and would be more than happy to discuss any questions or concerns you may have regarding NMUMC. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9-3:30 PM.  By the way, she plays a really mean sax.

Youth Director:  Ted Brosius

Ted was raised in Tacoma and has worked with youth for many years at Tacoma's Mason UMC, summer camp and Conference and district youth events.  He came to North Mason UMC in October of 2004.  But beware when nearing Ted--flying balls or water balloons or flying pillows are a real danger.  He is even known to work at Bible study with the help of "The Simpsons."
