people as possible to help set out items on Wednesday and Thursday and price. We
also need people to set up and take down tables, cashier, bag, and place items

something EVERYONE CAN DO! The UMW will also be serving lunch upstairs with a
bake sale. Any time you can contribute there is also GREATLY appreciated. Items
can be dropped off DOWNSTAIRS Monday-Wednesday, 4/30-5/2 from 9-3 PM. For more

An Introduction to “The Work of Byron Katie”
Thursday May 17th 6:00 – 8:30 PM
“My partner doesn’t listen.” “My children are disobedient.”
“I hate my job.” “My life would be better if…” Thoughts like these pass through
our minds throughout the day causing us stress, anxiety, fear, anger and
depression. You can learn a simple way to clear the mind and move from fear to
freedom, from anger to joy, and from confusion to clarity. Anyone with an open
mind can do it. Come learn this simple, radical, and life changing process of
inquiry - The Work of Byron Katie facilitated by Courtney Moore on Thursday, May
17th 6-8:30 PM at North Mason United Methodist Church. During this introductory
presentation, you will learn to identify and question your stressful thinking
using four questions and a turnaround. Experience how you live your life when
you believe thoughts that are not true for you. Discover new possibilities and
different perspectives. Learn how to facilitate yourself and others using The
Work’s four questions and turnarounds. Realize what is true for you, and take
home the ability to live effectively with clarity and in accordance with your
own integrity. There is no cost for the program, but donations are always
appreciated. For more information, please contact: Courtney Moore (360)710-6078
