| Project Overview: |

The Alaska Missionary Conference needs volunteers in
mission to staff their summer camping program. We would
like to help so that more children can participate in the
camping experience at this United Methodist campground
30 miles north of Anchorage. The campground is on Psalm
Lake, which provides an opportunity for the campers to
swim, boat and hike. The daily routine also includes arts
and crafts, campfires, singing, devotions, Bible study
and lots of really good food!

| As we did the last 2 years, we'll be working as counselors:
Each will be assigned to a cabin of 8 to 10 children, along
with one Junior Counselor. The primary responsibility is to
supervise the campers. In addition, we will be responsible
for daily devotions and/or Bible study and activities that
go along with these. |
