North Northfield United Methodist Church

We love children here at North Northfield United Methodist Church, and welcome families with youngsters. While we don't have a lot of kids, we're working on increasing their numbers here. In the meantime, if you'd like to have your children made a huge fuss of, get loads of extra adoring adults in their lives, as well as a great Christian Education program, North Northfield's the place for you and your family.

We offer nursery care for babies and very young children, a youth program for teenagers (occurring after the Sunday Worship Service), and a Sunday School program for all children in between. Our Sunday School kids (preschool to 5th grade) begin Worship with us at 10:00 a.m., and are then dismissed to enjoy Sunday School in our Library; on the first Sundays, they return to Worship for Holy Communion.

We are so grateful to our children's Sunday School Teachers who miss Worship twice a semester to help the spiritual formation of the youngest among us. Our teacher rotation is a gift to our children as we keep our Baptismal Covenant.
