MISSION STATEMENT

We will BE and DO all that God expects
and we will disciple others to do the same!

GOALS FOR 2008

(1) TO BETTER WORK TOGETHER.

 Recommended Strategies:
 (a) Promote Unity.
 (b) Create Consensus.
 (c) Everyone strive to be more open-minded.

(2) EQUIP PEOPLE TO REACH OUT.

 Recommended Strategies:
 (a) Declare 2008 as "The Year of Reach Out."
 (b) Declare March 2008 as "Outreach Month."
 (c) Sunday School will focus on Outreach more, particularly in March --- "Outreach Month."
 (d) Provide more small group opportunities to equip people for reaching out. 

(3) ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO BE LEADERS.

 Recommended Strategies: 
 (a) Encourage more people to mentor others.
 (b) Encourage people to utilize the "training book" for their area of leadership,
      as well as other material and training.
 (c) Improve efficiency and stewardship of meetings and time.

(4) EMPHASIZE CHRISTIAN STEWARDSHIP.

 Recommended Strategies:
 (a) As pertains to General Funds.
 (b) As pertains to unexpected expenses.
 (c) As pertains to Church Facilities.
 (d) As pertains to the Parsonage.
