The committee on nominations has been established to receive and present to the Annual Conference all nominees for membership on conference agencies. The nominations process is an open process. Persons can be nominated from any source within the conference. Nominations must include name and complete address and contact information, personal data, local church affiliation, name of person making the nomination and the consent to serve of the nominee.

Elections take place at Annual Conference. When a vacancy occurs in any conference group notification of the vacancy will be made known to the Conference Committee on Nominations who shall fill the vacancy within 60 days.
