• Christian Formation: We are committed to a proclamation and teaching of GOD's Word that is clear, theologically sound, Wesleyan and communicated in a practical and relevant way.

• Passionate Spirituality: We recognize that it is only the presence and power of the Holy Spirit that enables us to live authentic, transformed lives in Jesus Christ.

Equip

• Leadership Empowerment: We are committed to intentional leadership development and the exercise of leadership gifts.

• Abundant and Holistic Stewardship: Healthy congregations demonstrate faithful stewardship  and investment of the resources which GOD has entrusted to them.

• Small Group Ministry: Intentional disciple-making systems promote the spiritual growth of its members, moving them from new life in Christ to the exercise of spiritual disciples and service in ministry.

Deploy

• Fruitful Evangelism: The budgets, programs and leaders of our local churches must reflect a high commitment to deploy resources to outreach and evangelism, both locally and globally.

• Radical Hospitality: Our congregations must live out radical, biblical hospitality in service and welcome others.
