Tool Relief Project: Haiti 2010
This project is sponsored by the North Central Jurisdiction of the United Methodist Men (NCJUMM).
On behalf of the Northern Illinois Conference United Methodist Men, I invite and encourage all of our Men’s Units to help the North Central Jurisdictional UMM collect hand tools--new and used. We have an opportunity to make a difference in many folk’s lives. We are called to serve others and this is an incredible way we can make a difference in other’s lives.
We serve a great God that sacrificed for us, how we can do less for him and our fellow men in the world. So I invite you as Northern Illinois Conference United Methodist Men to find those hand tools that are duplicates or have not really used in years. If you do not have any tools then please consider making a contribution toward the cost of shipping these tools to Haiti. The cost is $.50 a pound. Make all contributions through your local Men’s treasurer or district Men’s treasurer or our conference treasurer.
