Mike and his wife Lorie are originally from LaFayette, Georgia.  They have been married 17 years.  They have two children: Christopher (10), and Karen (8).  Mike received a M. Div. from Candler School of Theology in Atlanta, GA and a B.S. from Southern Tech in Marietta, GA. He has been a pastor in the United Methodist Church for 12 years.  

Administrative Assistant:        Carolyn Bobo

            Carolyn has served as church secretary for five years.  She is a multi-talented singer and musician who has, along with her husband Keith, a thriving music ministry.  She started and served as the principal of Cloud Springs Christian Academy for six years, and has taught music in the area for 30 years.

 Pianist/Director of Music Ministries:           Mrs. Margaret Dixon

            Mrs. Dixon is retired as a teacher and still enjoys substitute teaching for Lakeview Middle School. She plays piano for our choir during Sunday morning worship service, and teaches the Friendship Sunday School Class.

Nursery Workers and Teachers:     

            All of our nursery workers and youth teachers have been vetted according to our Child Safety Policy to ensure a safe and caring environment for all of God's children.
