UMC Activities
Children’s Church
We have Children’s Church every Sunday morning during the last half of the Morning Worship Service in the Children’s Church room. All children, from toddlers through third graders, are welcome. We learn about God’s love for us through songs, stories, and special surprises.

United Methodist Youth (UMY)
United Methodist Youth meet every Sunday evening at 5:00 pm in the Senior High room. We learn how to put our faith in God into action in our everyday lives through Bible study, fellowship, music, videos, games, and special programs. Once a month, we have a special activity, such as a swim party, hiking , trips to amusement parks, or lock-ins. We attend a Bible camp/Mission trip every summer, and have at least one retreat during the school year. We also have fundraisers throughout the year to help pay for our special events and retreats.
United Methodist Women (UMW)

United Methodist Men (UMM)
The United Methodist Men meet on the first Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm for a meal and guest speaker. We also hold special fundraisers throughout the year to support the work of the Trustees in keeping our church grounds and parsonage beautiful. We do not meet in June, July, and December.

The Jolly Elders
The Jolly Elders is open to all ages! We meet on the fourth Monday of each month at 12:00 pm for a meal and fellowship, and go on special trips throughout the year.

Heavenly Hands Crafters
The Heavenly Hands Crafters meet on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall. We enjoy a time of fellowship with a group who all enjoy crafting. You do not have to be a member of NSUMC, or even attend NSUMC, to join our group. We simply desire to glorify God by using our ideas and talents.

Choir
The choir practices on Sunday evenings from 7:00 pm to 7:45 pm. We regularly sing at the 11:00 Worship Service, and perform special Cantatas at Easter and Christmas. We also have special events throughout the year to enjoy fellowship.

Prayer Partners
Prayer Partners is a ministry to encourage our members in prayer. By praying for each other and participating in our church prayer chain, we can grow in our relationships with God and our ministry to His world.
