            The Revised Common Lectionary

Bethany's worship usually (but not always) includes readings from the scriptures following the Revised Common Lectionary. This means that during a three-year cycle of weekly worship, the worshiping church will hear almost all of the New Testament and a large and varied selection of the Old Testament proclaimed and preached.
