UNITED METHODIST WOMEN—NEJ—QUADRENNIAL MEETING
CHILD CARE GUIDELINES
Child Care will be available
during the Quadrennial meeting with the following hours of operation: Friday evening (April 11th),
QUADRENNIAL CHILD
CARE (QCC) SHALL:
1. Provide supervised play for preschoolers and older children (ages 2 through 10)**;
2. Provide lunch and snacks for children over the age of three (3) years.
3. NOT provide breakfast or dinner.
Please note: QCC staff shall be composed
of adult volunteers with Child Care experience. The volunteers providing Child Care are not certified day care
providers, certified special educators or certified health practitioners. Please take this into account when
evaluating your child’s needs and the appropriateness of their participation in
this service. Thank you.
PARENTS/GUARDIANS
SHALL:
1. Be
responsible for accompanying their child(ren) to the QCC facility and picking
them up in a timely manner;
2. Ensure each child is in good health and not
experiencing symptoms of a contagious nature;
3. Inform QCC staff of any dietary or health
concerns regarding QCC participant(s);
4. Provide
BABYCARE items (e.g. disposable diapers, ointments, talc, etc.) in a bag
clearly labeled with the child’s name on the package;
5. Be
responsible for their child(ren)’s dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings;
6. Sign the attached Child Care Registration Form
7. Attach
a check to the registration, made payable to “NEJ United
Methodist Women,” for the TOTAL
amount due PER CHILD.
** Register early for childcare as we have a
limited amount of space. In order to be
registered a completed registration form accompanied by full payment is
required.
