Nursery Preparatory (Age Level) Coordinators. All baptized children under the care of a United Methodist Church shall be retained as preparatory members in the church until this status is terminated by:  confirmation and reception into full membership and strengthens the family unit by offering educational and recreational programs that support, Junior Church (Preparatory Training);

Pre (Nursery) School: The term " Pre School " is an inclusive title, encompassing all the concerns of the church and all activities by, with, and for Pre Schooling.  The Pre School ministry of The United Methodist Church shall include all persons from approximately One through Five years of age (generally persons in the Nursery through the Kindergarten, taking into account the grouping of Head start in the public schools), who are currently or potentially associated with the church or any of its activities. Address the concerns and conditions of Pre Schooling in the community-so they may grow in their understanding of themselves and the Christian faith and that their quality of life may be improved.

Children: The term " Children ministry" is an inclusive title, encompassing all the concerns of the church and all activities by, with, and for children.  The Children ministry of The United Methodist Church shall include all persons from approximately Six through Eleven years of age (generally persons in the First Grade through Sixth grade, taking into account the grouping of children in the public schools), who are currently or potentially associated with the church or any of its activities. Address the concerns and conditions of children in the community-so they may grow in their understanding of themselves and the Christian faith and that their quality of life may be improved.
