- Election of Women's Division Directors by Conference elected delegates;
- Worship with Bishop Deborah Kiesey of the Dakotas;
- Bible Study led by Women's Division Staff Marva Usher-Kerr;
- Presentations by National Institutions from the Iowa area
- Regional Missionary Dr. Catherine Mudime Akale from Cameroon
- Visits from Deputy General Secretary of Women's Division Harriett Olson
- and Women's Division President Inelda Gonzalez
Every four years delegates assemble
at a quadrennial meeting
to elect the Women's Division directors
- volunteers who direct the business
and program of the Women's Division.
In 2012 the quadrennial meeting
will be held in the same week as
the Regional School of Christian Mission
study event for conference leaders
and study leaders - June 21-24.

The gathering time will be shorter.
While the conference delegates will be
participating in the voting procedure
most of the meeting time,
there will be an event
happening at the same time
to encourage and inspire
local, district, and conference
United Methodist Women
from the North Central conferences
with ideas for mission.
The activities will be related to
refreshing and refilling our UMW cups.
Both groups will gather in plenary
for worship and program.
While the conference delegates will be
