Miami Valley District UMM Treasurer
Treasurer - handle all monies collected and disbursed by District UMM. Maintain bank accounts as needed. Two signatures required on bank signature card, District UMMen president and treasurer. Provide/setup a voucher system that all expense payments must be in writing and co-signed. Signed by at least one District Leadership team member (see below for who is on it, and one other UM man). Give written treasurer’s report at District Meetings. Purchase postage for District UM Men’s mailings. If needed in future, setup District UMMen budget with chart of accounts and account numbers
