Affiliate Membership: persons who are members of other United Methodist churches outside the area, who desire a local church home.

Associate Membership: persons who are members of churches of other denominations who want a local church home.

Transfer: from an existing Methodist church to full membership at Mt. Zion-Warren United Methodist Church.

Restored: active members pledging increased commitment.

Reaffirmation of Faith: active members pledging increased commitment.
