Habitat for Humanity Mission


Mt Olivet United Methodist Church members have participated in the building of four Habitat for Humanity houses since 1993.

On November 4, 2006, Mt. Olivet UMC members added the side weather wrapping and roof tresses to this Habitat house.


1993 House
The first house was the Merritt Home constructed in January 1993.

Mortgage payments made by current Habitat for Humanities homeowners are combined with new grants and charity contributions to make payments on additional new homes.
