• A separate registration form must be completed for each camper, and a  non-refundable deposit must be made for each camp program for which your camper is registering. If your camper qualifies for a scholarship, a completed Scholarship Eligibility Form will serve as a deposit.
  
• No phone-in registrations will be accepted.
  
• All payments by mail may be made by check, money order, MasterCard, or VISA (Discover Card and American Express not accepted).
  
• Check payments may be mailed or made in person.
  
• Cash payments may only be made in person.
  

• Registration/Payment: A camper is NOT considered “registered” until both the non-refundable deposit (or a completed scholarship form, if camper qualifies) and the completed registration form have been received by the camp office. Once registered, you will receive a registration packet that will contain the Health History Record form, Camper Information sheet, Camper Covenant, balance due invoice, and camp program information. All paperwork and balances are due no later than 30 days before the camping program begins.
  
  
• Refunds: The complete fee, minus the registration deposit, is refundable up until one month before the event. After this date, no refunds will be made unless sickness or accident prevents attendance and a doctor's note accompanies the refund request.
  
  Mount Misery will not refund any money if the camper loses his/her spot in the camp program due to a failure to submit all required forms by the due date.

Kids Helping Kids! This summer we will again be offering your child the opportunity to donate a portion of his or her unused canteen money to the Laura Jane Baker Campership Fund. Laura Jane Baker was a United Methodist pastor in southern New Jersey who was devoted to the camping program here at Pinelands Center at Mount Misery. The Baker Fund supplements the limited number of camperships available to campers from the Dan Hulitt Fund, and makes it possible for even more children to experience a week of camp at Pinelands Center at Mount Misery in the beautiful Pinelands of New Jersey.

Please discuss this opportunity with your child. It’s a great chance to help your camper appreciate how good God has been to her/him, and to know the wonderful feeling that comes from sharing one’s good fortune with someone else.

If each child were to donate something to the Laura Jane Baker Campership Fund, the amount collected over the course of the summer could go a long way toward bringing several deserving children to camp here at Pinelands Center.
