Celebrating Mount Vernon’s 125 Years of Ministry:
Give Blood!
In honor of Mount Vernon's 125th anniversary, our church blood bank has set a goal of donating one unit of blood for every year that the church has existed.
To give blood, go to the Danville Blood Donor Center (201 S. Main Street, Suite 1300), which is across the street from the hospital. Say that you're a donor for Mount Vernon, and they will give you a donor card. Bring that card to the church office.
You can give blood once every two months, so the sooner you start, the more times you can give during this anniversary year!
