Block work was completed on all sides.  Columns were built to support a canopy. 
Electrical wiring was completed at the site and the first church service was held on June 20, 2000.
Nawatha White, Linda Berl and Liz Marchant filled around the reinforcement beams in the block structure.  Later in the week, plaster was applied to the inside and out side walls of the building.
The Moultrie First Methodist members were thrilled to attend the first church service in la Iglesia Methodista en Liberia.
