Unleashing the potential of our youth and children is a priority of ours.
We sponsor the local Cub Scout Pack 3438 which is designed to develop
young boys into better citizens and leaders for our community
following the ideals of Scouting. Boy Scout Troop 440 is finalizing
the charter plans and will begin activities in the near future. The
Girl Scouts have started and meet on Monday afternoons after school.
We host a local unit of United Methodist Women who are a group of
women, both young and mature, working together for the community
through missions and developing a caring and supportive fellowship
for one another.
We
host a local unit of United Methodist Men who are developing in
partnership with Asbury United Methodist Church into a strong fellowship.
