United Methodist Men
The United Methodist Men meet monthly for breakfast at the J&S Cafeteria for a time of devotion, fellowship and to discuss business of the group. The UMM meet the 3rd Sunday of each month from 7:45 AM - 8:45 AM.
This year the UMM plan to meet once a quarter in the evenings (typically a Tuesday or Thursday from 7:00 to 8:30 PM) for a special program.
We also hope to meet once a quarter this year to do a fun activity together. The first activity is still to be determined.
The Methodist Men also meet with other Hominy Valley area Methodist Churches every 5th Sunday, at 7:30pm, for a breakfast for a program and fellowship. The churches rotate hosting the breakfast and Montmorenci hosted the breakfast in December 2007.

The Methodist Men assisted with the building of the Methodist Habitat for Humanity House this Spring. We are also promoting the service of providing ODD JOBS to church members who need some assistance.
Our primary annual fund raiser in recent history has been the sale of Christmas Trees. With the raising of these funds we are able to provide funding for many things through the year including assistance for missionary trips, assistance to needy families, various church needs such as the replacement of the sound system, help with funding of a new church sign, etc.
All men in the church are welcome to join us for any United Methodist Men's function.
