REPORT OF THE BUILDING RENOVATIONS COMMITTEE

TO THE AD COUNCIL

January 14, 2007

RECOMMENDATION:

That the Ad Council authorize the Building Renovation Committee to contract with Richard L. Worley, Architect, to prepare Design Development drawings of Revised Option III which would include:

t new front entrance with handicap parking

t three stop internal lift

t excavate the Adventures Classroom to provide same level handicap access to the bottom floor

t new bottom level entrance to the Old Social Hall

t new bottom level entrance to the day care center
