Worship
The
Montezuma United Methodist Church holds worship every
Sunday from 11:00 a.m. till noon. These services are
known for their frequent involvement of the church's
youth. Children look forward to their Children's Sermon
before leaving for Children's Church. A nursery is also
provided for younger children.
The Chancel Choir blesses
the congregation with music from their loft set in front
of a historical pipe organ. Choir practices are held
every Sunday morning before Worship. Christine Heldreth
is the Music Director, Joseph Hill plays the organ, and
Lillie Ann Winn is the pianist.
Our sanctuary is equipped
with a hearing assistance system that provides members
of the congregation with a personal receiver. See our
sound engineer at the back of the church if a receiver
would benefit you.
Services are broadcast
over WMNZ (1050 AM) radio every other month (odd months). You may
tune in to our worship services at 11:00 am each Sunday
during the months of January, March, May, July,
September, and November.
