Annual Meeting
During the Kansas West Annual conference session,
MIM share in
fellowship, a program, and a business
meeting to elect officers, decide
on the yearly
Outreach Project and receive other reports.
The
seven Districts host this annual meeting on an
alphabetical
rotation.
Child care is provided for preschool children.
Silent Auction
A Silent Auction is held during the Annual conference
Session.
Every spouse is encouraged to donate a craft or food item.
The proceeds help to fund the MIM Fall Retreat Expenses.
Kid's Day out
Sometimes activities are planned for school age
parsonage children during the Annual MIM meeting.
Outreach Project
At the Annual Meeting, the Outreach Project is selected
for the coming year. Offerings are taken at the Annual
Meeting and the Fall Retreat. Money can be sent any
time to the MIM Treasurer. Remember you can give
money in honor or in memory of someone special.
Scholarship Fund
A Scholarship Fund was established to grant some
financial aid to MIM members who are pursuing
further education.

District Events
Fellowship and discussions are planned in each
district as a district members determine.
Contact the District Representatives with
suggestions and interests.
Newsletters are sent to the clergy spouses, widows and widowers
in the spring and fall. Articles include registration information
about MIM events, reports from officers, and district happenings.
Spouses are encouraged to send information to their District Reps or
Communications person. Donations are accepted to help cover the
cost of first class postage.
