Greetings,
I am Rev. Lee Roy Pittard III (but feel free to call me "Lee" or "Lee Roy"). I was appointed
to serve the Milwaukee United Methodist Charge in June of 2001. I have previously served the Rich Square-Woodland
United Methodist Charge (from 1999-2001) and Salem (Oxford) United Methodist Church (from 1995-1999).
I was elected and ordained an Elder in Full Connection of the North Carolina Annual Conference at the 2001 session
of the Conference.
I attended seminary at Duke Divinity School and received my Master's of Divinity in May of 1999. I did my
undergraduate work at Methodist College in Fayetteville and received Associate Degrees in Philosophy and English
and a Bachelor's Degree in Religion from Methodist College in December of 1991. Between undergraduate and
seminary, I worked as Teacher and Assistant Director for a National Day Care Chain and then as a Health Care Technician
and Teacher for Mentally Retarded Adults at Murdoch Center in Butner, NC.
I am a native of Granville County, having grown up in the town of Butner, NC (just north of Durham, NC), and a
1987 graduate of South Granville High School.
I am married (to Anita) and have three wonderful children (Ben, Natalie, and Davey). To learn more about

May God's Grace and Peace Be With You Today and Everyday,
Rev. Lee Roy Pittard III
