"Spotlight Church!"
For the first time in church history, the Milford United Methodist Church is
a "Spotlight Church"! To achieve this goal, we participated in all of the following Missions:
- Apportionments - Funds to support United Methodist missions
- Ministry Jubilee Projects - Support of the Cass Community Center
- Missionary Salary Support - Dan & Rachel Gabler Ministries (Africa)
- General Advanced Ministries - Haiti Hot Lunch Program for under-nourished youth
- General Advanced Ministries - Red Bird Mission
- UMCOR - Blanket Sunday
- Conference Covenant Partnership - Medicine Boxes (purchased 5 medicine boxes)
Additional Ministries include (but not limited to...):
- "Souper Sunday" - Collection of funds to support families in the metro area
- Crop Walk - Support of hunger relief in local communities
- Another Way Pregnancy Center - Providing monetary & donation support -
which offers emotional, practical and spiritual assistance to women facing unplanned pregnancies
- Christmas Gift Giving - Collection of toys for children in the area
- ASP & Meijer - Use your card when you shop at Meijer - be sure to use 'organization code' (#134413)
