Programs


Youth A wide range of opportunities are provided for youth at Taylor Park, which is operated by the Mission on behalf of the City of Mobile. Opportunities include after school tutoring, sports programming at the full sized gymnasium and outdoor pool, Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts and Sea Scouts, summer tutoring and enrichment programs and lunches, counseling and advocacy.

Seniors UMICM celebrates Oakdale-Maysville seniors by offering recreational opportunities, transportation for grocery shopping, medication purchase and doctor's appointments, and home repair.

Community Service Help is provided for residents to enroll in GED programs, rehabilitation services and job training. Health fairs and health screenings, Thanksgiving and Christmas Food Baskets and Emergency funds are also available.
