Pastor Mike, an ordained elder in the Virginia Annual Conference, has served Messiah UMC since July of 2006.  Before coming to Messiah, Mike served as pastor at churches in Amherst Co. and Alexandria, Virginia.  He is a graduate of Wesley Theological Seminary, where he earned his Master of Divinity, as well as a Doctor of Ministry in Ecumenism.  Mike and his wife Elaine have two children, Jeremy and Claire.
