A CALL TO CARE

We at Mena First United Methodist Church have “A Call to Care.”  We care that you have chosen to be with us in worship and we care enough to extend our most sincere welcome.  You are invited to join us as we grow in faith and discipleship together by participating in all or any part of what we do here and around the world.  We are a “Christ Centered” congregation that feels a call to care.  We are involved, committed, diverse, and endeavor to be open.

We are a people who try to be accepting, caring, hospitable and inclusive.  The community at large sees us as family- and community-oriented.  We invite you to be a part of a people who are also concerned about those beyond our community, around the world, active in mission, and responsive.

Hear our strong message of love and care as we reach out to you to become a part of a people who love music, church suppers, potlucks, and fellowship.  Join us in continuing our history of being initiators of new ministries related to education, employment, health and other issues.  We like to tell the story of God’s redeeming grace in our lives and are anxious to hear your story and discover your gifts for the body of Christ here.
