Rev. Sharon Mills, Deacon in Full Connection
 What’s
a "Deacon in Full Connection?"
It is a new category of clergy defined in 1996 by the United Methodist
Church. Deacons are persons called by God, authorized by the
church, and ordained by a bishop to a lifetime ministry of Word and
Service to both the community and to the congregation in a ministry that
connects the two. Hence, you will see Pastor Sharon supporting Mays
Chapel in our existing ministries inside and outside the church, as well
as encouraging others to create ministries.
