Meals on Wheels


                                            


The Meals on Wheels Association of America (MOWAA) is the oldest organization in the United States representing those who provide meal services to people in need. The Association provides education, training, and development opportunities, enabling members to provide quality nutrition services and programs.

Each Tuesday, volunteers from McKownville UMC deliver meals to elderly shut-ins in our area.  We usually deliver in pairs, as this makes the process much easier.

 

If you are interested in volunteering just one morning per week to this worthwhile cause, talk to Dave Gooding.
