Fall Clean up - November 7th |
|
The Trustees annual Fall Cleanup Day will
be held from 8:00am to 12:00pm on Saturday, November 7th. Bring
your work gloves, rakes, and tarps. Free coffee and donuts will
be provided. The rain date is November 14th.

Annual Church Conference -
November 17th |
|
Yes, we just held our Annual Church
Conference in May, but with a new bishop and a new conference
comes a new schedule, too. So, Rev. Jeffrey Matthews of Trinity
United Methodist Church in Albany, will serve as our Presiding
Elder on Tuesday November17th at 7:00pm in the Celebration
Center. There will be a minimum of necessary business to deal
with, we we will spend the bulk of the time together considering
ways to Re Think Church and promote ourselves as the "Red
Doors Church that really helps people." See you
there!

Around the world in 80 minutes or
less - November 20th |
|
On Friday, November 20th at 7:00pm at the
church, the Leizers will project a series of pictures from their
recent world cruise and answer questions about what it is really
like to take four months off and cruise around the world. All
are welcome and bring your friends too. Rumor has it that there
may even be some refreshments.

"Fourth Tuesday"
Dinners - November 24th |
|
Fourth Tuesday Dinners are back by popular
demand! Our first dinner of the new season featured potluck
soups, salads and breads. Our next dinner will be Tuesday,
November 24th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm in the church Celebration
Center. Admission is free and donations over expenses will be
given to the Guilderland Food Pantry.

Annual Christmas Party - December

Come to our church wide Christmas Party on
Saturday, December 5, 2009.
Proceeds to benefit missions and projects.
5:30pm Social Time
Cheese and crackers, vegetables and dip, and punch
Take some time to shop at the crafts table
6:15pm Dinner
Roast beef, turkey, ham, mashed potatos, mixed vegetables,
salad, assorted desserts, coffee, tea, or milk
Entertainment
After Dinner there will a performance by "The Suburban
Sounds Coummuity Chorus" back by popular demand
Congregation, relative and friends are
all invited.
Price: Adults $12.00
Children (6-12) $4.00
payment will be taken at the dinner
Please make a reservation by Sunday
November 29! Reservations can be found in the rear of the church
and returned to the box in the rear of the santuary.
