Rev. Widmer was appointed to Marshallton UMC, effective July 1, 2005. He previously served United Methodist churches in Pennsylvania communities: Harmony, Tobyhanna, Elysburg and Honey Brook. He and his wife, Linda, have three sons, Eric, Scott, and Brian, and four grandchildren.
