Sympathies

Our prayers and sympathies go out

To Don Schultz and his family in the passing of his wife, Eleanor, of Macedonia.  Eleanor passed away in February.

To Wanda Williams and her family in the passing of her mother, Grace Bowen, of Henderson on March 2.

To the family and friends of Paul Wilson, nephew of Arnold Williams, who passed away in March

To Una Mae Snapp in the loss of her sister, Helen Rutherford who passed away in March.

To the family and friends of Joseph Keys, Jr., of Sheridan, WY.  Joe was the son of Lillian and Joseph Keys, Sr., and grew up in Macedonia.  He passed away on February 4 after a battle with cancer.  He was 56.  Joe was a member of the Macedonia UMC, attended Simpson College in Indianola, and Claremont School of Theology where he received a Master's degree and Ph.D. in international development.  He went into the ministry serving rural churches in Iowa.  His work took him from Iowa to California, Sierra Leone and Kenya in Africa, and back to California, Montana, and Wyoming.  He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph, and sister, Julia.  He is survived by his mother, Lillian, his wife Sally,  daughter and son-in-law Jocelyn and Jim Smiley of Salem, OR and son, Joseph Aaron Keys, of Boseman, MT.

Prayer Concerns

Please especially remember in your prayers Brad Swope, Ray Blanchard, Bill Harbor, Ralph Williams, the families of those who have passed away recently, and those of us who are in nursing homes.  Also, please remember our young men and women who are fighting for our country in a far off land, of which one is Floyd Devereaux.  Floyd's mother, Darline, lives in Macedonia and tells us that he is stationed in Kuwait.

Thank Yous

The family of Grace Bowen wish to thank everyone for their prayers, cards, memorials, and comforting messages at the time of her passing.  We appreciated your sharing your many gestures of sympathy with us.

Happy Birthday!!!
