Jesus Christ is that person. All you need to do to feel Christ’s love overflow in your heart is to pray. Ask Jesus to come in to your heart. Ask Jesus to forgive you for anything that you have done that has caused someone person pain or harm. Ask Jesus to forgive you for trying to hurt yourself. Jesus will answer your prayer.
