Paul H. Linn Memorial United Methodist Church

Our Mission

Paul H. Linn Memorial United Methodist Church is a Christian community sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ through worship, outreach, reconciliation, fellowship, and education.

A Little of our History

The Paul H. Linn Memorial Church was named in memory of Dr. Paul H. Linn, a Central Methodist College Alumnus and able president from 1913 to 1924. Replacing old Centenary Chapel, the present structure was built during the presidencies of William Fletcher McMurry (1924-1930) and Dr. Robert H. Ruff (1930-1942). Dr. William B. Selah was pastor from 1920-1932 during the construction. The church was dedicated in 1946. The Methodist Church united with the Evangelical United Brethren Church in 1968 creating the Paul H. Linn Memorial United Methodist Church.
