Children's Ministry
A nursery is available every Sunday during the 11 a.m. service for infants through four years old. The nursery is located on the middle level of the building. We ask that each child be signed in and out by a responsible adult.
Music
The adult choir worships God in song at the 11 a.m. Sunday service. Anyone is welcome to join the choir which meets at 9:30 on Sunday mornings for rehearsals.
Senior Adults
The Fellowship Club meets the third Wednesday of each month at noon for a covered dish luncheon, Christian learning and fellowship.
United Methodist Women
The United Methodist Women (UMW) meet at 7:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month. Smaller UMW circles meet for fellowship, sharing, missional concerns and growth and development as women of faith. Two of the circles meet during the day and two circles meet in the evening.
United Methodist Men's Fellowship
The United Methodist Men meet on the first Tuesday of each month at 8 a.m for breakfast, devotions and fellowship. All men are welcome to participate.
Prayer Group
The prayer group meets at 9:30 a.m. each Monday to lift up concerns that have been noted on Sunday during the worship services.
Stewardship of our World
Lincolnia United Methodist Church has a road steward group that meets at 7:30 a.m. once per quarter to pick up trash along the road and encourage stewardship of our world.
Outreach and Community Service
Here at Lincolnia, we are involved in many local missions including:
- Annandale Community for Christian Action (ACCA) - area churches provide transportation, day care, furniture deliveries, food cupboard and Meals on Wheels
- Homeless shelter, Mental Health, Juvenile Detention Center, CROP Walk, the Hermitage, Wesley Housing, and Rising Hope Church
- Gleaning - gathering crops left in the fields by commercial harvesters so they can be used to feed the hungry.
