Thank you for making our first year’s participation in “Operation Christmas Child” (shoebox project) a huge success. Our shoebox gifts joined those of Christian groups from other countries including Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Australia and New Zealand. In total, Samaritan’s Purse collected and distributed shoebox gifts to more than 7.6 million poor, sick and suffering children around the world. In the U.S. shoebox gifts were distributed to Native American children. Through your generous giving, LHUMC was able to be a part of bringing hope and joy to hurting forgotten children.
