Building Campaign Outline

Worship is the most important work of the church. The people of God exist to serve God. No higher service to God is possible than the worship of God.

Two blended worship services of contemporary and traditional music are held weekly which include a Children's Talk and Nursery.

1st Worship Service - 8:00 A.M.
Sunday School (all ages) - 9:15 A.M.
2nd Worship Service - 10:30 A.M.

In the fall through 2008 we have watched our  plans for LUMC being fulfilled before our eyes from much hard work, perseverance, and unity in spirit -- all by God's grace and power.  After months of trials, much prayer, conversation, deliberation, counsel, informational meetings and a charge conference, we proceeded, building permit in hand, to break ground in June of 2007.  Now our dream has come to fruition.  We are worshipping in our new sanctuary and most of the building is finished except for items we are working on ourselves as time permits.  The picture above is our new sanctuary that has been made possible by trusting in the power of the Holy Spirit as we encouraged one another and celebrate God's faithfulness.  As we work together toward improved facilities, we are a living testimony to the power of faith in Jesus Christ.  Miracles happen!  Thanks be to God!
