Welcome to historic Calumet-Laurium, Michigan, in Michigan's beautiful Keweenaw Peninsula! The Laurium United Methodist Church has helped meet the spiritual needs of this community since 1898; we continue to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ who came "that the world might be saved through Him" (John 3:17). Our church has deep appreciation of its historic roots in Michigan's Copper Country, and our church building is a testimony to that fact! As we carry on during the 21st century we shall be available to all people, those who live locally and those who might visit. We are now a part of the newly formed Keweenaw parish which also includes the Calumet UMC, Lake Linden UMC and the Mohawk - Ahmeek UMC. We worship every Sunday morning.
