Pastor Salary and Operational
Two programs are available for US congregations to build relationships between the US and Latvian congregations while providing monthly financial support to the Latvian church. Two US churches are needed to provide $700/month total support to each Latvian church. It is suggested that one of the two congregations serve as the primary congregation to help coordinate the Supporting Congregations Program mentioned later.
The two programs are:
Partner Church (or Covenant Church) Program
through GBGM3 year commitment - $350 / month through Advance Special #012010-7RA
Requires minimum 2 visits to Latvian church in first 3 years.

These two programs, though developed independently, are now working together to advance the Word in Latvia. Both are offered to accommodate US congregations that prefer one program or the other.
By building a relationship between a US and Latvian congregations both can grow spiritually by the sharing of gifts.
