We are here to improve the health of those least served in the 72 counties of
South Texas identified as the Southwest Texas Conference of The United Methodist Church. We
are charged to provide innovative, effective and long-term physical, mental and spiritual resources
to promote healing and wellness and to nurture wholeness of body, mind and spirit.

Wesley Nurse, Rosie Garcia from La Trinidad United Methodist Church and Wesley nurse from First United Methodist Church check blood pressure and blood sugar from Daniel Lombraña.
Wesley nurses check blood pressure and blood sugar every first sunday of the month. Everyone is welcomed and it is free of charge.
REMINDER/ AVISO:
Exercise classes are being held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
Clases de ejercisio toman lugar los Lunes, Miercoles y Viernes de la 10:00 a 11:00 am.
New Exercise Classes Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:15 to 6:00 P.M.
Nuevas clases de ejercisio Los Martes Y Jueves de 5:15 a las 6:00 P.M.
