    Administrative Council Meeting
    June, 2008

    Highlights
Education Vacation Bible School will be held July 16 - 18 from 9 am until noon each day.  Volunteers are still needed to help before, during and after Bible School.
Youth Ministries The Youth will hold a Church-wide cookout on July 6th at the Williamston Mineral Spring Park.  The cost will be $2.00 a plate.
Family Ministries Roy Mac Haggard reported that the Jolly Mixers enjoyed an outing to Red Lobster.
Treasurer The money invested in CD's has earned $432.  New interest rates make it unlikely it will generate that amount again.
Trustees Two room air conditioners have been purchased for the pastor's office and secretary's office.  A new adding machine has been purchased for the counters.
Other Business The Safe Sanctuaries committee will meet to begin work on adopting a policy for Latimer Memorial.

The next Council Meeting will be July 6, 2008 at 5:00 PM.
