Vision means imaging new possibilities for the future. New possibilities for the church make dreams and hopes reality. The Vision and New possibilities energize the congregation to be witnesses for Jesus Christ. Visions give purpose; visions give meaning and cause unity. Vision plans for the future.
We must be able to articulate and implement our vision for our church, our community, our Christ. Developing our vision emerges from our past and our contemporary experience as well as expectations about future anticipation's and possibilities.
Our Vision speaks to the real needs of people and prepare them for life in the here and now, as well as the sweet by and by. Vision inherently raise expectations, help people invest in the future, consolidate interests, energize people, and build community.
It enables people to share their faith, encourages creative and innovation, facilitates dialogue, cultivates and nurtures people, clarifies dreams.
It provides a blue print to the future and helps people navigate through the chaos of the day to day.
